Neighborhood Information

The Belle Pointe subdivision is formally managed by the Renaissance Property Management company and governed by a board of directors led by the residents.  A formal set of covenants and restrictions are filed with the St Tammany Parish by which residents are accountable to uphold.

Guidelines and activities

  • Annual homeowner dues are payable in January of each year
  • A neighborhood board is elected by the residents on an annual basis

  • An annual homeowner's meeting is held once a year
  • Current committees include Architectural Control, Welcoming, Social, and Decorating
  • Neighborhood-wide garage sales are coordinated to occur twice a year
  • Social activities for families and adults-only functions occur throughout the year
  • The subdivision is pet friendly
  • Dedicated green space supporting Louisiana conservation is in place 
  • Neighborhood watch coming!

Architectural Control Committee

REQUEST FORM   

  • A resident led committee overseeing the review and approvals of plans to build within the neighborhood and any alterations to existing properties
  • Refer to the covenants for guidance on requirements
  • Home sizes start at 2500 square feet on spacious lots
  • Instructions for submitting alteration requests:
    1. Complete ARC Exterior Alteration Form

    2. Sketch of improvement should be on property plot plan

    3. Email the completed ARC form and improvement plans and sketch to Renaissance at susan@renrs.com

    4. Renaissance will review and submit completed package to Architectural Review Committee for review

    5. Committee will submit response to Renaissance

    6. Renaissance will provide written response to property owner within the 30 day review period provided for in the Restrictive Covenants
